Do I need to purchase a new website?
Not necessarily. Enhancements can be implemented on a compatible existing WordPress website after a brief site review.
Can I purchase only one enhancement?
Yes. Smart Forms and Customer Reviews are separate optional services. You are not required to purchase both.
Are setup and annual charges different?
Yes. Setup covers the initial configuration and deployment. The annual managed-service charge covers the defined ongoing service. The exact scope will appear in your quotation.
Will ArdyOnline give me a plugin license key?
No. These are ArdyOnline-managed services, not standalone software license sales or transfers. Deployments are subject to software-vendor terms.
Does this include hosting or full website maintenance?
No. Hosting, Website Care, Managed Website Support, new forms, extensive edits, and custom development are separate services unless specifically included in a quotation.
