Does this include unlimited form changes?
No. Annual service coverage is limited to the agreed configuration and support scope. New forms and workflow changes are quoted separately.
Do I own the form data?
Your business should control its submission data. We define access, retention, privacy responsibilities and export arrangements during onboarding.
Will the forms automatically generate more leads?
